I currently serve as CEO of CAMRT, Canada’s national professional association for radiological, nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging technologists and radiation therapists. Prior to this, I was President of Strategies & Direction Consultants, a consulting company I established in 2010. I have worked in business for more than 20 years, at Johnson & Johnson and MDS Nordion. I also have experience leading non-profit organizations, having served as Chief Operating Officer of both the Canadian Red Cross and VON Canada.
I very much enjoy working with communities of interest on high stakes issues. I have served on numerous advisory councils and boards, including Canada’s Advisory Council on National Security, Europe’s Association of Imaging Producers and Equipment Suppliers (AIPES) and the Canada-Belgium Committee. I currently serve as the Vice President of the board of the Ottawa Community Immigrant Service Organization (OCISO).
My hobbies include cycling, skiing, roasting coffee beans and photography.
